Abstract
The preparation and hydrolysis of 2,4-dichlorophenyl and pentachlorophenyl phosphorodichloridates are discussed. The phosphorodichloridates have been converted into some of the corresponding dialkyl phosphates, and NN′-dialkylphosphorodiamidates. The synthesis of 2,4-dichlorophenyl N-arylphosphoramidic chlorides and methyl 2,4-dichlorophenyl N-arylphosphoroamidates are also described. The pentachlorophenyl phosphorodichloridate derivatives were more fungicidal than those from 2,4-dichlorophenyl phosphorodichloridate. Keywords
