Abstract
By centrifuging M. cuspidatum leaf cells, the cytoplasm can be distinguished from the vacuole and a microelectrode tip can be located unambiguously in the cytoplasm. The site of the electrogenic pump is clearly demonstrated to reside in the plasmalemma as shown by depolarization of the cell electropotential induced by CN-.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
