Abstract
Dielectric constant measurements of the ferroelectric material Betaine Arsenate showed a maximum value of 1.057∗106 (tan δ = 1.73∗10−2). The dielectric constant is compared with hysteresis loops. It is shown that close below Tc, a small signal of 1.3 V/m is sufficient to switch the spontaneous polarization.
