Abstract
A new cytotoxicity assay based on fluorochromasia permits the simultaneous testing of many samples of antiserum and the storage of the test cells over several days. It uses less than 1/u.l of serum/test and 1-5 million cells/agarose plate.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
