Continuous-wave singly-resonant intracavity optical parametric oscillator based on periodically-poled LiNbO 3

Abstract
A singly-resonant optical parametric oscillator using PPLN and operating intracavity to a continuous-wave Ti:sapphire laser is described. The oscillator exhibits multi-parameter pump- and grating-tuning of signal and idler wavelengths over the ranges 1.073–1.275 µm and 2.30–3.33 µm and 280 mW output power. Observation of thermal lensing in PPLN is also reported.
