Abstract
Although root coverage is not anticipated in Class IV recession, occasionally this can be accomplished if there is an edentulous area adjacent to the tooth to be grafted. This edentulous area allows the surgeon to more intimately adapt the graft to the interproximal surface of the root. A second procedure to coronally position the healed graft may be required. A case demonstrating this technique is presented. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
