Abstract
A case of secondary urothelial tumour of the distal male urethra is presented. The tumour was successfully treated by local application of 5-Fluorouracil cream. No side-effects were observed. Repeated topical applications of 5-Fluorouracil may be a therapeutic alternative to surgical treatment of urothelial urethral tumours. Keywords
