Abstract
The clinical problem of which antipsychotic drug to use when antipsychotics are indicated in patients with a seizure disorder or who are susceptible to seizures is examined. While definitive answers to this problem are still unknown, guidelines are offered for antipsychotic drug use in this situation, based on an understanding of psychotropics and epilepsy. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
