Abstract
A case is presented in which an ovarian remnant following total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy resulted in unilateral ureteral obstruction. The obstructing tissue was excised laparoscopically with simultaneous ureteroscopic monitoring.Keywords
