Abstract
Samples of treated apples and grapes were analyzed by chemical and biological methods to determine the rates of disappearance and harvest residues of Diazinon® (O,O-diethyl O-(2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-pyrimidinyl) phosphorothioate). The chemical disappeared rapidly from the fruit during the first week after application of sprays. After 1 week and until harvest Diazinon declined gradually with no more than 0.2 p.p.m. toxicant being found in the last sample. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
