Locus of Control, Task Attributes, and Job Performance

Abstract
In the present study locus of control influenced perceptions of task difficulty and variability for 281 technical personnel. Individuals ( n = 80) with more internal orientations were better performers than those ( n = 59) with more external orientations.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
