Étude du bufexamac crème et du bufexamac onguent dans le traitement de diverses dermatoses

Abstract
The authors conducted three studies on the activity of bufexamac 5% cream or ointment in dermatoses. – A double-blind trial where results similar to those obtained with a fluocinolone acetonide 0.025% cream were recorded. – A pilot study involving mainly dermatitis. – In hypodermatitis due to circulatory disorders of varicose origin and in cheloids treated with the 5% ointment, the results were also favourable. No superinfection nor local atrophy was observed. In general, the tolerance was good.
