Abstract
Gaffkya homari did not exhibit lipase, protease, or lecithinase exoenzyme activities. The organism was coagulase and fibrinolysin negative; only lactic acid was produced from glucose. The capacity of whole lobster hemolymph or its components to promote the growth of G. homari was assessed. Keywords
