Abstract
A series of charts for the progressive recording of eruption and attrition of the dentition, of dental caries, and of the different phases of periodontal disease has been descr. and depicted. Composites of these charts for recording the accummulation of supra-and subgingival deposits have been discussed. The use of colored pencils, a different color for each examination greatly facilitates the recording and differentiation of successive observations on the charts. Keywords
