Abstract
A [human] case of giant condylomata acuminata of the vulva and distal urethra is reported. Complete eradication and healing were accomplished after 12 wk, without scarring and with complete preservation of anatomic structures. Minimal postoperative discomfort was present. This technique for vaporization of these locally aggressive and bulky lesions is described.
