Abstract
Dickinson, Knobler, Schumaker, and Scott have incorrectly interpreted the experimental results of Hildebrand, Alder, Beams, and Dixon. The latter work is shown to be untroubled by turbulence and to remain consistent with a density-fluctuation interpretation.Keywords
