Abstract
SUMMARY: Rapid separation and determination of tryptophan, N‐formylkynurenine, kynurenine, 3‐hydroxykynurenine, 3‐hydroxyanthranilic acid, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, trigonelline, kynurenic acid and xanthurenic acid from pea seedling using reverse‐phase high‐pressure liquid chromatography is described. Accuracy of the determinations was better than 5 % and less than 50 pmol of each metabolite could be measured reliably. This publication has 19 references indexed in Scilit:
