Interdigital piezoelectric Rayleighwave transducer: an improved equivalent circuit

Abstract

A more accurate representation of an interdigital array is obtained by using an equivalent circuit intermediate between the crossed-field and in-line-field models, with negative capacitance, velocity, length and coupling dependent on the electrode-width/gap-between-electrodes ratio.
