Saphenous Vein Arteriovenous Fistulas

Abstract
Subcutaneous arteriovenous fistulas were successfully constructed, using autologous saphenous vein grafts, in two patients with hemophilia. Neither patient had remaining arm veins suitable for infusions of factor VIII. The fistulas have been functioning well for 10 and 13 months.Keywords
