Abstract
After low colorectal or coloanal anastomosis, bowel dysfunction may exist. A colonic J-pouch has been proposed to reduce bowel dysfunction. We present an alternative technique to augment the reservoir function of the neorectum and reduce bowel dysfunction.Keywords
