Abstract
Disseminated Miliary Lymphocytoma of the Face and Neck. Presented by Dr. Fred Wise. Mrs. D. P., aged 29, presents a papular eruption on the cheeks and the sides and front of the neck, of about five months' duration. Previous to the appearance of the eruption she had been a patient at the New York Post-Graduate Medical School and Hospital for the treatment of a monilial infection of the vulva and perigenital area. The facial eruption appeared during her hospitalization. The papules vary in size from approximately that of a barleycorn to that of a lentil, are scattered over both cheeks in the form of acne and extend down to the lateral aspects of the neck. They are indurated, flesh colored, smooth, nonscaly and noninflammatory. The intervening skin is normal in appearance. There are no comedos or seborrhea. Itching is moderate. Histologic examination of a papule from the neck showed a
