Abstract
A randomized double-blind cross-over study was performed to compare the efficacy of Tizanidine to that of placebo in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis. No evidence was found that Tizanidine was effective in 10 patients with spasmodic torticollis who received Tizanidine during 6 weeks, up to a dose of 12 mg a day. Keywords
