Abstract
RÉSUMÉ Dès 1969, le professeur Dansgaard remarqua qu'une augmentation de la température dans les glaces polaires du premier forage du Groenland, Camp Century, venait d'être nommée interstade de Las- eaux sur le continent, étant datée du même âge. Le nombre maintenant important de carottes au Groenland et dans l'Antarctique ainsi que les travaux sur le domaine marin ont conduit à une comparaison avec les courbes climatiques proposées sur le continent. Celles-ci, appuyées par des datations dues au Carbone 14, sont basées sur les études zoologiques, sédimentologiques et, surtout, sur les analyses polliniques dans les fouilles archéologiques. Malgré un certain nombre de difficultés inhérentes à ces bases extrêmement diverses, l'établissement d'une courbe chronoclimatique a été entreprise, appuyée sur la confrontation des résultats entre les différentes disciplines.ABSTRACT As early as 1969, Professor Dansgaard noticed that an increase of the temperature shown in the ice of the first boring in Greenland (Camp Century) was also recognized at the same age on the continent, where it was called the "Lascaux interstadial". With the very large number of Greenland and Antarctica ice-cores now available, it seems to be time to make some comparisons with the climatic curves obtained on the continent, mostly in France. Based on 14 С dating, the studies are founded on different disciplines: zoology, se- dimentology and, above all, paly no- logy from archaeological excavations.
