Abstract
In 103 human fetuses and infants, the cells of the ant. lobe were counted under oil immersion after preparation by Rasmussen technique and staining by modified Martin''s stain. Results are statistically analyzed. Sex differentiation is established in fetal life, and the ratios are modified with age and length and weight.
