Abstract
The complete postembryonic development of L. americana (Copepoda: Harpacticoida) is described and illustrated based on specimens cultured in the laboratory. Development from the 1st nauplius to the adult took .apprx. 25 days at 20.degree.-21.degree. C, when animals were fed a mixture of phytoplankton consisting of Isochrysis galbana, Thalassiosira weissflogii and T. pseudonana.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
