Abstract
Commercially available preparations of gentamicin sulfate [used for antibacterial chemotherapy] vary widely in their gentamicin C component composition. This variation in composition could result in inaccuracy if certain acetyltransferase or HPLC [high-performance liquid chromatography] methods are used to monitor serum gentamicin concentrations in patients. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
