Dielectric multilayered interference filters deposited on polyimide films

Abstract

Dielectric multilayered interference filters deposited on spincoated polyimide film exhibit excellent optical and mechanical properties and are cheaper than conventional filters on glass substrates. Application of these filters to fibre pig-tailed blocking filters is presented.
