Abstract
This article is the second in a series called Controversies in Psychiatry. The debate series was held for senior residents in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic (WPIC). The debates were designed to introduce residents to controversial topics in psychiatry and to allow the residents to observe and participate in live debates between experts.The speakers in this debate were Matchen S.
