Abstract
Summary: Several methods are described by which we regularly succeeded in producing a tuberculin type of a sensitiveness with eggwhite in tuberculous guinea pigs. The different methods have this in common that an extensive local lesion is produced, usually with pronounced inflammatory reaction, and the eggwhite is introduced into this lesion.
