Abstract
Gradient invariants which couple the bases for irreducible representations are tabulated for all magnetic crystal point groups. These invariants are necessary for the construction of thermodynamic potentials used in the phenomenological description of incommensurate phase transitions. As an example, the description is given of such a transition in a ferroelectric crystal. Keywords
