Abstract
Eight groups of wild caught English sparrows totaling 78 individuals were inoculated with eastern equine encephalomyelitis virus from July 1953 to April 1954. No significant differences in response to infection were observed which could be related to age, sex , reproductive status or season. Information on infective dosage, blood virus levels developed, mortality, and development of neutralizing antibody is presented. Keywords
