Abstract
The E-algorithm is a general extrapolation method which includes most of the sequence transformations actually known. Some new convergence acceleration methods are derived from the E-algorithm by applying the so-called -procedure. The algorithms thus obtained are studied. Some theoretical results are proved and numerical examples are given. Keywords
