Abstract
Bacillus coagulans, when grown on casein at 20°C, produced an inducible, metalloprotease of 28 kDa at 1.6 U/mg cell protein. (NH4)2SO4 at 2 g/l decreased enzyme production irrespective of carbon source.Keywords
