Abstract
The relative importance of arterial oxygen tension and hydrogen ion concentration in regulating pulmonary arterial pressure was evaluated in a 43-year-old woman with hypoventilation and obesity. It was shown that hydrogen ion concentration played a dominant role in the regulation of her pulmonary circulation. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
