Two-Nucleon Stripping Process

Abstract
A new expression is derived for the different cross section of processes in which two nucleons are captured from an incident alpha particle or similar projectiles. The formula derived is compared with a similar one previously obtained together with some experimental data on the reaction. Fairly good agreement is observed.
