Abstract
External electromagnetic interactions have been introduced into the formalism of noncompact dynamical groups describing all states of a quantum-mechanical system. Complete reduced matrix elements can be evaluated if the hadron levels are approximated as rotational and "vibrational" levels. The relation of the method to the matrix and the algebra of currents is discussed.
