Abstract
Sequentially rotated feeding improves the axial ratio and input VSWR bandwidths of circularly polarized arrays. However, when dual polarization is wanted, the method is shown not to improve isolation, as is the case for dual linearly polarized arrays. This deficiency is overcome by squinting the beam. Measured results for a small array confirm this and computations for large arrays indicate performance capabilities.
