Abstract
Contamination of feed supplies by fungal tremorgens has been well established. This fact, in conjunction with the widespread occurrence of fungi capable of producing tremorgenic metabolites, warrants further study to determine if these metabolites can contaminate our food supply. Studies directed toward analysis of tissues, especially in cattle fed fungal tremorgens, should be done to determine if tremorgens can enter the food supply indirectly through tissue residues. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
