Abstract
Simple quadrature formulas are obtained for relativistic continuum normalizations and phase shifts in a screened spherically symmetric central potential, utilizing a relativistic generalized WKB approximation based on the use of Coulomb wave functions as comparison functions. The derivation is based on our similar results for the nonrelativistic case, combined with our recent transformation of the Dirac equation into a modified Schrödinger equation. Excellent agreement is obtained in comparison with exact numerical calculations. Keywords
