Abstract
• Valproic acid produced marked reduction in myoclonus in a patient with dyssynergia cerebellaris myoclonica (DCM), resulting in substantial functional improvement. These results justify a trial of valproic acid in patients with DCM who are disabled by myoclonus.Keywords
