Abstract
This paper is devoted to a study of relative controllability and absolute controllability of linear non-stationary discrete systems with multiple delays in the control. Necessary and sufficient conditions for relative and absolute controllability of these systems are given. The relative controllability of stationary systems is also considered. Keywords
