Abstract
The delayed neutron emitters and have been studied with a neutron detector and radiations have been measured with a Ge(Li) detector. was formed in the reaction (, ) with 56-MeV ions, and also in the reaction with 40-MeV ions. The thermalized neutrons following both reactions yield together a half-life of 0.747 ± 0.008 sec with the well-known 4.17-sec activity as an accompaniment formed in the (, ) and reactions.
