Abstract
Das für die Chemie des Seidenfibroins1) wichtige optisch aktive Hexapeptid l‐Seryl‐glycyl‐l‐alanyl‐glycyl‐l‐alanyl‐glycin wurde nach der Azidmethode aus Carbobenzoxy‐l‐seryl‐glycyl‐l‐alanin‐hydrazid (I) und Glycyl‐l‐alanyl‐glycinbenzylester (II) über den Carbobenzoxy‐hexapeptid‐benzylester synthetisiert. Zur Gewinnung der Tripeptid‐Komponente I wurde aus Carbobenzoxy‐dl‐seryl‐glycin‐hydrazid und l‐Alanin‐äthylester Carbobenzoxy‐l‐seryl‐glycyl‐l‐alanin‐äthylester durch fraktionierte Kristallisation von dem diastereomeren Carbobenzoxy‐d‐seryl‐glycyl‐l‐alanin‐äthylester getrennt.Keywords
