Abstract
While experience in Great Britain reveals the same general pattern of response to mail surveys as that reported in the United Stated, pronounced differences apper between the percentage and rate of response of various occupational groups. For instance, psychologists were found most likely to reply to a questionnaire on gambling. The author is a member of the Research staff of Mass-Observation, London.Keywords
