Abstract
Hydatid disease is a parasitic infestation caused by the larval stage of a tapeworm of the genus Echinococcus. This report describes an extremely rare complication of echinococcal disease in which severe pulmonary hypertension developed after massive hydatid pulmonary embolism.Keywords
