Abstract
A method of determining the standard deviation and critical flashover (CFO) of flashover probability data which utilizes simple graphical techniques to obtain estimates of the parameters is developed. Suggestions are made regarding testing procedures to optimize information gained with a given number of voltage applications.Keywords
