Abstract
The rotational transition of P has been measured at Mc/sec ( mm). With Mc/sec from infrared spectroscopy, this measurement yields Mc/sec. Similarly, the 0→1 transition of P was measured at Mc/sec ( mm) and Mc/sec was obtained by using Mc/sec from infrared spectroscopy. The bond lengths in the two isotopic forms were found to be slightly different with A and A.
