Abstract
The novel intemal structures of metallic glasses lead to exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of magnetization. Combined with low manufacturing costs, these properties make glassy ribbons attractive for many applications. These materials also have scientific fascination because their compositions, structures, and properties have unexpected features. Keywords
