Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 68-year-old woman was transferred from another hospital because of the abrupt onset of numbness of the leg.Three years before admission she began to experience exertional dyspnea with an intermittent cough. Five months before entry swelling of the legs and abdomen developed; a physician prescribed furosemide, with transient benefit. Six days before admission she entered another hospital because of persistent edema. The urinalysis, blood count, fasting glucose and electrolytes were reported to be normal; the urea nitrogen rose from 28 to 61 mg, the creatinine from 1.6 to 4.7 mg, and the bilirubin from 1.8 to . . .Keywords
