Abstract
Psyllium is used in the production of bulk laxatives. RAST [radioallergosorbent test] assay demonstrated that psyllium can induce the formation of IgE antibodies. IgE antibodies in humans allergic to English plantain may cross react to psyllium.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
